Where is Grailed based? Are you a remote team? 
Grailed is a fully-remote team that works across the US between the hours of 10am and 6pm ET. We also have our headquarters in NYC (SoHo) for those who wish to work from an office environment. Every Grailed team member is given the freedom and tools to do their best work from wherever they choose.
What does the interview process at Grailed look like? 
Here's a general overview of what the structured interview process at Grailed looks like,
  • Initial Conversation You'll speak with a member of our talent team about your career and the role details. We'll answer any questions you might have at this stage.
  • Hiring Manager Interview You'll have the chance to dive deeper into the job description and learn more about the team at this stage. Afterwards, the talent team will reach out to you to prep for next steps.
  • Take-Home/Technical Assessment You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate (not just tell) the core competencies for the position.
  • Final Interview We'll use this time to learn more about how you think, work, and collaborate. You'll also meet a slate of interviewers across teams and at least one executive team member, if you haven't already.
